At Griffin Tactical Security, we are committed to providing high-quality training and services to all of our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or registration through our website.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Griffin Tactical Security. By registering for a course, service, or making a purchase, you agree to this refund policy.

Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances as outlined below. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria described.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that the following are not valid grounds for a refund:

Failure to obtain authorization, approval, or issuance of a license or permit from the State of Maryland or any other regulatory authority.

Griffin Tactical Security is not responsible for any decisions made by state or local licensing agencies. Your eligibility for state-issued licenses or permits is solely your responsibility and does not constitute grounds for a refund if denied.

Failure to attend or complete a course or training session.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information during registration or application.
Change of personal circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, relocation, or other personal reasons.

3. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Griffin Tactical Security cancels a course, class, or service and no suitable rescheduling or alternative is provided.
A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction) and promptly reported within 7 business days.
Other cases as determined at the sole discretion of Griffin Tactical Security.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Deposits and Fees

Deposits made to hold a seat in a course or secure a service are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any processing fees (e.g., payment platform fees) are non-refundable even if a refund is approved for the main purchase.

5. Policy Changes

Griffin Tactical Security reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
